At RAM, when Nate goes to volunteer giving free medical care to underpriveleged people in VA and Tennessee, there is this plastic surgeon from North Carolina and his staff that just love Nate. He is one of the best and most respected plastic surgeons on the East Coast. He lets Nate do things that medical students are doing! This is a picture of Nate suturing a women's ear, where they just removed a cyst. He also got to search for a cyst inside a woman's head, knuckle deep. Kinda gross, but he loved it.
